Our Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) focuses on the individual’s needs. This is a personal service which offers much more than just door-to-door and it is available to patients who need wheelchair access and special stretcher requirements. We offer a punctual, comfortable service and our crews are trained to provide professional care delivered with dignity and empathy. Our NEPTS vehicles are equipped with AED ; Grab Bag; PAT Slide; Banana Transfer Board; Rotunda Patient Transfer Aid and Lifting belts.

We work with a number of NHS Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) to provide non-emergency patient transport for patients attending hospital or clinic appointments. Our service is customised to suit your needs as we believe requirements differ between organisations, such as hours of time, geographical area and types of patients transported. We also offer dedicated staff who understand the importance of an efficient service to provide specialist renal patient transportation as well as delivering out of hours discharge services to CCGs.

All our vehicles are operated by experienced and caring staff qualified as Emergency Care Assistants-as a minimum.
